Bookings and payments take place through GlossGenius; review the service details and terms shown during booking. These website terms do not change the prices or appointment policies displayed on the site or override applicable law.

Existing cancellation policy

The site's cancellation policy states:

I understand things come up and sometimes you'll need to cancel or reschedule. If you need help doing so, please contact me at your earliest convenience. Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
